Currently hiring at the Senior level in the leading Market Access consulting firm with a strong reputation and network of clients consisting of MSA’s with the top 10 and 20 global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. A global organization that prides themselves in the quality and reputation of their consulting work. Seeking a highly experienced Market Access consultant to lead the UK office. The position, as a Managing Director, Practice Lead is important to the continued success and growth of the organization. This individual must have prior consulting leadership experience, revenue generation and a deep understanding of Market Access space. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Market Access practice area within Europe. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants in Europe, particularly within our London office, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Play an influential role in our global Market Access practice, formulating and implementing innovative ideas to strengthen global and EU capabilities and deliver superior client outcomes. Delivery: Whilst being a thought leader within the organization provide expertise advice on Market Access projects, maintaining the organizations reputation to the top clients in the Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical space. Get hands on with leading the delivery of the projects and proposals. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their market access needs, and providing high-impact, strategic solutions. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of market access consulting projects, ensuring quality and consistency throughout, and leveraging the expertise of seniors to generate recommendations that drive client success. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market access space, leveraging industry knowledge and your own connections to drive growth. Lead core business development activities, including the creation of capability presentations, project proposals, and negotiations with clients in the market access field. Enhance the companies brand by speaking engagements at conferences, and other relevant platforms.
