The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced life sciences consulting professional with deep expertise in European Pricing & Market Access Strategy. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and growing the company’s European PMA function while leveraging an already well-established client base and broader consulting platform. You will lead high-impact international projects, manage senior client relationships, drive business development activities, and contribute directly to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global and European Pricing & Market Access strategy engagements for pharmaceutical and biotech clients
  • Oversee strategic launch planning, pricing strategy, reimbursement, and market access projects across multiple therapy areas

  • Lead full project delivery including timelines, deliverables, team coordination, and strategic oversight

  • 8+ years of experience within life sciences consulting and/or industry with deep expertise in European Pricing & Market Access Strategy
  • Strong track record leading senior client engagements within pharmaceutical and biotech consulting environments
  • Proven business development and commercial growth experience
  • Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, payer environments, pricing, reimbursement, and launch strategy
  • Experience leading international consulting projects and managing senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping shape and scale a growing specialist consultancy
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop consulting teams
