Be part of a fun, people-focused culture where everyone looks out for each other, pulling in the same direction, finding a great balance between work and personal life.
The role would suit an experienced medical writer who enjoys ‘hands-on’ writing, working in a collaborative close-knit team. You will have an established leadership team to support your growth and development with no pressure to be involved in sales/BD. The role provides good visibility in a small privately owned company and the chance to work on global projects.
Much of the company's work is repeat business and organic growth, with a wealth of business ongoing and lined up for the foreseeable future. This is a great chance to join a smaller firm (under 75 people), with a non-corporate culture, who value SMEs and allow experts to progress (both in responsibility and salary) whilst staying hands-on and close to the science.
Ideal profile:
- 2-5 years experience in a relevant HEOR/Access consultancy/agency environment
- MSc/PhD in relevant field
- Ability to write technical reports from health economic models, ITC's and/or NMA’s
- Experience in developing Global Value Dossiers, US dossiers, objection handlers, poster and manuscripts, payer value communications
- Experience in Evidence Synthesis and associated Writing also desirable
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with colleagues across UK, EU and US (support to work in a public office/hot desk environment occasionally if desired, remote working allowance also on offer)
Whilst this global team are all remote based, there are multiple team meet-ups per year, fully funded employee events including an annual company retreat! This presents an excellent opportunity to hone and develop your medical writing skills, whilst progressing up the company ladder taking on increased project and client leadership responsibility, as well as the opportunity to mentor and manage junior writers as you grow.
