I’m working with a fast-growing specialist HEOR consultancy that is expanding its senior evidence synthesis capability.
They’re looking for a Principal-level Evidence Synthesis expert to take scientific ownership of high-impact projects across SLRs, NMAs, ITCs and HTA, while helping shape client strategy, develop talent and grow the practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead complex SLR, NMA, meta-analysis & indirect treatment comparison projects
- Shape evidence-generation strategies supporting HTA, payer engagement & market access
- Provide senior scientific input into RWE and integrated evidence planning
- Lead evidence packages, HTA submissions and global value dossiers
- Act as a senior client-facing scientific advisor
- Mentor and develop a growing evidence synthesis team
- Support proposals, pitches, account development and practice growth
- Build your profile through publications, conferences and thought leadership
Ideal profile:
Someone that is happy to be part of a smaller growing company, bringing deep SLR / evidence synthesis leadership experience in HEOR or Market Access, ideally combined with excellent scientific writing, strong client-facing skills, and some exposure to early evidence generation / HTA strategy. Also someone with strong people/leadership skills, able to QC written deliverables and decks, deliver feedback in an empathetic, constructive way to improve and develop an international team.

- Strong senior-level experience across evidence synthesis / SLR / NMA / ITC
- Solid understanding of HTA and market access, early stage evidence planning
- Strong publication and/or HTA submission track record
