An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Economist to join an innovative growing consulting team with one of the best staff retention rates in the entire consulting space. After several years of consistent year on year growth, this position has opened up giving someone the opportunity to drive the strategic direction and growth of the health economic modelling part of this highly innovative, forward thinking consulting firm.

Role:

  • Lead, expand and manage a talented team of health economic modellers
  • Develop growth strategy for health economics
  • Drive business development in collaboration with company founders/leadership colleagues
  • Take on a highly visible and autonomous position where you can make an impact and be part of a truly people focused organisation
  • Responsible for end to end project delivery, client management and people management

Ideal profile:

  • 8+ years in a relevant consulting position
  • Expertise in NICE/SMC/UK HTA is desirable, but not essential due to the firm's global scope and market coverage
  • Confident project manager, mentor and open to getting involved in business development/scoping out client needs and offering solutions

Full remote flexibility on offer, a handful of team meet ups and a few conferences per year, competitive base, bonus and additional commission incentive on offer to reward business development efforts.
