The role
This is a varied, fast-paced, and people-focused role where you’ll learn how to recruit in a specialist global market. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Network and build relationships within the global pharmaceutical industry
- Source, qualify, and engage high-calibre candidates
- Support clients by understanding their hiring needs and expectations
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Write and manage job adverts across job boards and LinkedIn
- Learn how to solve complex recruitment challenges
