An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Health Economist/Health Economic Modeller to join a growing global Market Access and HEOR consulting firm with a non-corporate, people-focused culture, and a proven progression path.

The role:

  • Lead, build and adapt Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact & others bespoke models) using Excel, VBA & R.
  • Work on broader technical/statistical projects, survival analysis etc.
  • Develop projects working within a smaller company with no politics or rigid structures.
  • Support the growth of the company by assisting with proposals and understanding client needs.
  • Be exposed to a variety of work in a small global company who specialise in Market Access, HEOR & RWE.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and take on managerial responsibility over time.

Ideal profile:

  • 4+ years Health Economic modelling experience (ideally in consulting, but strong academic backgrounds considered).
  • Must have led HE modelling projects end to end (scoping out needs, through to final QC and delivery, including leading junior colleagues).
  • MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Stats, or other relevant field.
  • UK HTA knowledge experience is desirable.
  • Happy being hands-on and enjoys being in the details.
  • Good communication skills to help foster relationships internally and externally.
  • Enjoys a smaller growing team, visible role with great opportunity to make an impact.
