An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Health Economist/Health Economic Modeller to join a growing global Market Access and HEOR consulting firm with a non-corporate, people-focused culture, and a proven progression path.

The role:
- Lead, build and adapt Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact & others bespoke models) using Excel, VBA & R.
- Work on broader technical/statistical projects, survival analysis etc.
- Develop projects working within a smaller company with no politics or rigid structures.
- Support the growth of the company by assisting with proposals and understanding client needs.
- Be exposed to a variety of work in a small global company who specialise in Market Access, HEOR & RWE.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
- Mentor junior colleagues and take on managerial responsibility over time.
Ideal profile:
- 4+ years Health Economic modelling experience (ideally in consulting, but strong academic backgrounds considered).
- Must have led HE modelling projects end to end (scoping out needs, through to final QC and delivery, including leading junior colleagues).
- MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Stats, or other relevant field.
- UK HTA knowledge experience is desirable.
- Happy being hands-on and enjoys being in the details.
- Good communication skills to help foster relationships internally and externally.
- Enjoys a smaller growing team, visible role with great opportunity to make an impact.
