I am currently partnering with a growing CI focussed consultancy looking to take individuals on at the SAC and Consultant level.
Day to day responsibilities would include:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct excellent primary and secondary market research across a wide variety of sources with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of complex stakeholder dynamics in relation to drug development and commercialisation.
- Provide excellent analysis and research findings to develop insights to support the project context and objectives.
- Perform primary research, including the development of discussion guides & client-ready meeting notes.
- Develop research into succinct summaries and conclusions to drive high impact recommendations to support the project context and objectives, and identify the “so what?” for the client.
Conferences:
- Attend and lead coverage of conferences, including planning of coverage and management of client communications.
- Support client meetings, debrief development and presentations, as needed.
Project Delivery:
- Own workstreams within a project/ complete project oversight depending on seniority.
- Manage client interactions independently and lead client presentations.
- Begin training/guiding the development of ACs.
- Maintain good performance across at least 3 projects, with proven ability to quickly upskill/ramp up in a new project.
- At a more senior level, you will lead client management with senior guidance and supervision.
Team Management:
- Begin training/guiding the development of ACs within the project.
- Supporting the senior team in L&D proposals.
