We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead client-facing projects in Value & Access, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights and actionable recommendations. This role requires strong project management, analytical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality in your areas of expertise.
  • Lead small project teams to deliver projects on time and to standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage client projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Clearly communicate data sources and analytical methods to external audiences.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of secondary research sources (e.g., HTA websites, pricing sources) and analytical methodologies (e.g., analogue selection) and mentor junior team members.
  • Develop hypotheses for payer behaviour and evidence reception with minimal guidance, leveraging familiarity with major payer archetypes.
  • Conduct payer or other primary research calls effectively without strict adherence to scripts.
  • Draft product value stories that resonate with payers with minimal guidance.
  • Provide line management and mentorship to junior consultants; serve as a role model in professional practices.
  • Train associates and consultants in areas of expertise.
  • Participate in the development of proposals and the refinement of capabilities within your expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling or cross-selling relevant services.
  • Engage in initiatives that enhance firm operations, awareness, and quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7–12 years of experience in Global Market Access, Value & HEOR Consulting.
  • Proven experience as a project lead and client manager.
  • Mentorship or line management experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in detail-oriented projects within a hands-on, flexible business model.
  • Capable of working collaboratively as well as independently with autonomy.
  • Personable, humble, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
