Role Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments.
- Exposure to high-rise residential projects and occupied housing environments.
- Opportunity to lead and take ownership of complex projects from pre-start to final account.
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance.
- Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration.
- Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance.
- A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements.
- Adhoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors.
- A solid understanding of JCT contracts.
- Previously led complex projects from pre-start to final account.
- A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements.
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and familiar with project/CRM platforms.
