About Linthouse Housing Association
We are one of Glasgow’s longest-established community-based housing providers. Since 1975, we’ve proudly served the communities of Linthouse and the wider G51 and G52 areas, managing 1,300 homes for social rent and factoring nearly 500 owner-occupied properties. In July 2025, we celebrated 50 years of service with a civic event recognising our legacy of growth, transformation, and community impact. Today, we’re in one of the most ambitious phases of our journey, expanding our stock by over 10% in the last three years through new build and acquisitions, and investing more than £15 million in home improvements since 2022. Looking ahead, we have a healthy pipeline of new build developments and property investment projects that will further enhance our homes, neighbourhoods, and services. Located in one of Glasgow’s most dynamic areas, with major employers like BAE Systems, the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Braehead Shopping Centre, and the University of Glasgow’s Innovation Hub on our doorstep, Linthouse is a fantastic place to live, work, and make a real difference.
If you\”re looking for a role where you can help lead a repair service or deliver bespoke projects, we’d love to hear from you. This fully immersive role offers hands-on experience across all areas of property management, from reactive maintenance & void management to new builds and investment projects, while providing the skills, knowledge, and experience to accelerate your career within the property investment sector.

That’s why we’re proud to offer more than just a job, we offer the chance to be part of something meaningful. This is an exciting time to join us, as our Technical & Investment Officer, as you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and services that will shape the future of our homes and neighbourhoods for the next 50 years and beyond. You\’ll be at the heart of a passionate, ambitious team that’s committed to improving lives, not just through bricks and mortar, but through real relationships and real impact. We don’t just talk about putting people first, we actually live it, every day. That means creating a supportive, flexible workplace where staff and customers are on the same journey of improvement, growth, and care.
