Pineview Housing Association is a community-based housing association in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow. We provide housing / management services for 852 social rented properties, a 4-bed supported accommodation property and 50 sharing owners / owner occupiers.
Following the existing post holder securing a promoted post elsewhere, we now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a friendly and supportive staff team committed to doing the best for our customers. Our staff embrace our values and aim to make a real positive difference on a day-to-day basis. We appreciate their dedication and are committed to staff support and their development.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and customer focussed individual as operational lead on the provision of high-quality services that deliver and focus on positive outcomes for tenants, applicants and other service users.
You will work with our Housing Services Manager to develop and deliver service improvements as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, good practice and quality standards.
You should have the ability to successfully manage and support staff in their personal development as well as to achieve targets and objectives, maintain effective audit trails and maximise customer satisfaction / tenant participation.
The successful candidate will be able to operate effectively within a strong performance culture to deliver excellent performance / action plan results; be solution focussed and self-motivated; have excellent interpersonal / communication skills; good computer literacy and must have well developed accuracy and analytical skills to enable the delivery of high-quality services for our customers.
