You will take ownership of a defined patch, leading on tenancy management, estate services, ASB casework, allocations, and early-intervention support to improve tenants' lives.
You will work with colleagues across the organisation to deliver responsive, person-centred services, building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring homes and neighbourhoods are safe and well‑managed.
