Join us as a voluntary Management Committee member and help shape the future of Molendinar Park Housing Association, a small but high performing RSL that prides itself on the great working relationship between Staff and Management Committee.
Your Commitment to Us
We are seeking individuals passionate about social housing who possess skills that can complement our already experienced Committee.Your commitment involves attending about ten evening meetings (third Tuesday of the Month) a year and participating in training sessions to support your role.
We are looking for committee members who are genuinely committed who believe strongly in small community based social housing, communities guiding our agenda and putting tenants and communities first. The ideal candidate will be open-minded and willing to listen carefully, respect different opinions and lived experiences, and seek or take advice when needed. We value people who can see the big picture, think strategically, and take a long-term view.We want you to offer us a fresh perspective, creative ideas, and constructive challenge. You will have a willingness to continue learning, develop new skills, and grow in the role for the benefit of our tenants and communities.
