Hours: The Association is currently piloting a 4-day week and staff will work 32 hours over 4 days.
We are a community-based Housing Association in the Cathcart and Mount Florida area of Glasgow. We own 595 rented homes and factor 407 for sharing owners. A vacancy has arisen for a Housing Officer to manage a generic patch. The post covers all aspects of Housing Management including estate management, allocation of properties, neighbour disputes, and recovery of rent arrears.
To be successful in this role, you must be truly customer focused, able to solve problems, and can work well under pressure. Teamwork and the ability to plan effectively to meet targets are crucial. Communication skills are key to this, along with excellent IT skills.
