West of Scotland Housing Association and Yorkhill Housing Association are delivering a tenancy sustainment project in Glasgow to prevent homelessness. You will provide holistic, asset-based support to tenants at risk and manage referrals to statutory services.
The role is fixed term until August 2027, reporting to the Housing Team Leader, with a focus on safeguarding, assessment, and case management to protect tenancy outcomes and improve lives.
