Glen Oaks Housing Association owns and manages approximately 1500 properties in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on supporting employees, improving processes and helping shape a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes
- Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and timely outcomes
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records
- Co-ordinate training, development and performance review processes
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent conditions of service apply, including flexible working hours. Most employees can benefit from a degree of hybrid working. Details of this would be agreed with your line manager.
