Milnbank Property Services (a subsidiary of Milnbank Housing Association) is seeking to appoint a Factoring Officer on a permanent basis to help deliver a high-quality, responsive factoring service to over 1,300 factored owners. Milnbank Housing Association has a proud track record of providing excellent housing and support services to our tenants and owners within the local community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Association’s Factoring Service. Key duties will include:

  • Preparing and issuing factoring accounts
  • Monitoring arrears
  • Responding to solicitor enquiries relating to property sales
  • Maintaining accurate records and systems

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong commitment to our Customer First approach. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out their duties in a friendly, professional, and diligent manner, positively representing the Association at all times.
