Molendinar Park Housing Association is looking for a Full-Time Finance Officer to join our small, friendly and committed team following the retirement of a valued colleague.

This is an important role supporting the sound financial management of the Association and helping us continue to deliver high-quality housing services for our tenants and communities. Working closely with the Director, colleagues, our Finance Agent and the Management Committee, you will help maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, assist with budgets and returns, and contribute to the Association’s ongoing financial strength and sustainability.

We are looking for someone with strong finance experience, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Experience in a housing association or similar setting would be helpful, but most important is sound financial experience, practical, organised and positive approach.
