We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Asset and Maintenance Team and seek a talented individual to assume the role of Asset Administration Assistant. The selected candidate will assist in the delivery of our asset management strategies and help support our aspirational plans for enhancing our stock portfolio.
Working in close collaboration with our Asset Co-ordinator the position will focus on offering administrative assistance for both planned renewal and cyclical maintenance projects in a fast-paced role dealing with a range of duties and customers.
This role will play an important part in ensuring MHA takes forward an innovative and forward-thinking asset management strategy that will deliver a better service for our tenants and owners.
