We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management within a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of our commercial portfolio. The Role

  • Supporting the commercial team with day-to-day trading and operations
  • Speaking with customers, suppliers, hauliers, and cold stores
  • Assisting with customer orders, stock management, and product availability
  • Helping manage deliveries, arrivals, and operational issues
  • Visiting storage facilities as part of the team
  • Assisting with stock checks, quality control, and produce management
  • General office administration and data entry
  • Learning all aspects of the wholesale fresh produce trade

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and able to use initiative
  • Happy working as part of a small team
  • Comfortable getting stuck in both in the office and at storage facilities when required
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Flexibility to be available on bank holidays may be required

Working hours would be Monday – Friday 7am-4pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Some minimal weekend work from home will be required to help monitor operations and support the business when needed.

Pay £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
