We are looking for a C Suite leader with an appetite for appointment as COO.
In this leadership role, you will be helping to lead a reputed Professional Services Firm.
Discussions Basic range: £300k to £325k pa with benefits & remote working.
The successor will have substantive responsibilities and objectives closely tied to strategic and operational success for the practice. This Firm is a Professional Services practice operating internationally and is trusted by organisations in sectors worldwide.
Main Challenges are in developing & delivering:
- Customer-centric relationships, product-service solutions, CSR, and workplace HRM.
- Service excellence, business development wins, operational efficiencies, and AI adoption.
We are open to interest from profiles based on their potential, not just prior history. Applications are therefore welcomed from seasoned:
- CFOs (looking to move into a General Management leadership role).
- COOs (looking for scale & adventure – AI adoption).
- MDs (for some, next level & looking to broaden, change of focus).
