Divisional Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Opportunity

Our client is a market-leading, international support services partner and business process outsourcing (BPO) specialist.

They deliver complex, high-consequence operational & digital solutions across a diverse portfolio of critical public & private sector contracts.

Following a period of strategic evolution, they are seeking a visionary Divisional Chief Executive Officer to spearhead their UK business unit.

Managing a significant £mm portfolio, you will hold absolute P&L accountability for a workforce of several thousand.

Your primary mandate is to accelerate AI adoption, drive market share growth, manage profound operational change & expand operating margins - maintaining world-class customer service.
