We are looking for an experienced CIO for appointment as COO. This appointment sits within a MNC consumer packaged goods company. Compensation discussions start at £350k+ with benefits and remote working. Applications are welcomed from seasoned CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and COOs. COOs with digital transformation implementation experience are also of interest.

This is an opportunity for you to contribute to business growth, creating real and measurable value, by deploying agentic AI and through Data Monetization (Insights) including:

This role is a Chief Operating Officer role, and so you will be able to combine and utilise your technology experiences and insights regarding AI implementation with your Commercial Acumen (Business, People, Marketing Mix skills) to manage in function and in helping to create competitive advantages. You will be an inclusive leader and be able to work collaboratively within a Matrix Structure.

Areas of focus will be operational change and digital exploitation. Establishing Board Level Management Metrics: return on investment indicators, establishing budget spend on digital initiatives, acquisition and development of technical talent, promotion and retention engagement with BU leaders, and developing performance-related incentives.

Compensation for this role will include the following component parts:

  • Base Salary
  • Benefits (TBA)
  • Target bonuses
  • Long-term and short-term incentives

Sector experience: Technology, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Automotive. Desirables: First Degree, Management Consulting, Matrix Operations (Any).
