We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting the development of proposals, budgets, change orders and contracts for both new and existing opportunities. This role is central to helping us deliver high-quality, responsive support throughout the proposal and client delivery process.

What will your job look like?

  • Coordinating new Request for Proposal (RFP) activity, including proposal development, pricing and vendor quotes.
  • Working with department heads and project managers to build proposal documents and develop pricing for new opportunities using the ECCO pricing tool.
  • Supporting change in scope requests, including pricing updates, work orders and change orders in collaboration with internal teams and Legal.
  • Liaising with clients to develop budgets and pricing for new work, and supporting discussions around service offerings, pricing and payment terms.
  • Maintaining Salesforce and supporting wider business development activity, including market intelligence, lead support and marketing materials.

What will you need to succeed?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field with proven business development experience, or equivalent education, training and experience as a healthcare professional.
  • An understanding of the principles of drug discovery and development.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, business awareness and the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and relationships effectively.
