About the Role

This role is a key opportunity to establish and embed a high-performing marketing function within Evestia Clinical, aligned to our commercial growth ambitions and specialist positioning as a global CRO. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will build on the strategic foundations already in place, translating clear messaging, positioning and go‑to‑market plans into consistent, effective day‑to‑day delivery. You will be responsible for creating a scalable marketing operating framework, introducing structure, discipline and accountability into how marketing activity is planned and executed, while ensuring strong alignment to business priorities. As the organisation continues to grow, the role will evolve to include building out the marketing team and developing specialist partnerships in line with key business milestones. Ultimately, you will play a central role in driving measurable impact, contributing to pipeline growth and strengthening Evestia Clinical’s market presence in a way that is both sustainable and scalable.

What will your job look like?

  • Owning and leading the delivery of go-to-market strategy, ensuring clear alignment between commercial priorities and marketing execution
  • Driving measurable pipeline contribution through targeted, performance-led marketing initiatives
  • Leading the development of Evestia Clinical’s brand, strengthening our positioning and digital presence in the CRO market
  • Defining and delivering thought leadership and content strategies that showcase our expertise and differentiate our offering
  • Overseeing the strategy and execution of conferences and events to support commercial growth and brand visibility
  • Championing the adoption of AI-enabled marketing approaches to enhance efficiency, insight and impact
  • Establishing robust marketing operations, including performance tracking, measurement frameworks and reporting to leadership
  • Leading brand integration and supporting broader growth programmes as the organisation scales
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership, and managing external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Owning the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of investment and a clear return on spend

What will you need to succeed?

  • Strong experience within CRO or life sciences services, with a clear understanding of sponsor expectations and clinical trial environments
  • Proven B2B marketing leadership experience within high-value, long sales cycle environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth through digital and performance‑led marketing activity
  • Hands‑on expertise in PPC and paid LinkedIn strategy, including campaign optimisation, remarketing and scaling (not just agency oversight)
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience in performance measurement, KPI setting and senior stakeholder reporting
  • Experience building and leading teams, including working effectively with external partners, agencies and contractors
  • Excellent written communication and messaging skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in scientific or technical settings
