Your Role:

As General/Technical Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the site, leading the production and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will ensure efficient production processes, technical integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

•\\tLead and manage all operational and technical aspects of the packaging facility

•\\tDevelop and implement production strategies to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets

•\\tEnsure compliance with BRC, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and quality standards

•\\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives across production and packaging lines

•\\tManage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

•\\tCollaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to meet customer expectations

•\\tLead, motivate, and develop a skilled, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

•\\tProven experience in a managerial role within food manufacturing, ideally fresh produce or FMCG

•\\tStrong technical knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and packaging machinery

•\\tExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

•\\tA hands-on approach with a focus on process improvement and innovation

•\\tKnowledge of industry standards (BRC, HACCP, etc.)

•\\tRelevant degree or equivalent experience in food science, engineering, or business
