Everywhen, Winnersh, is seeking an Insurance Broking Branch Director to lead the branch, drive growth, and own the P&L. You will set performance standards, mentor the team, and collaborate with the Regional Director to meet regional and GI targets.
You will manage risk, ensure Consumer Duty compliance, strengthen insurer relationships, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and new client acquisition, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and a culture of continuous improvement.
