We are looking for a Team Leader to support our clients and broking team with day-to-day policy changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Insurer Service
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
    • Ensure all communications are accurately recorded in line with company policies and service standards.
  • Operational & Compliance Duties
    • Complete all assigned processes, including:
      • Answering incoming calls from clients and insurers.
      • Processing vehicle changes/declarations and driver referrals.
      • Issuing documentation, invoices, and refunds.
      • Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID).
      • Managing client loans via finance systems.
      • Handling queries from clients, insurers, and colleagues.
      • Completing Letters of Indemnity and questionnaires.
    • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations at all times.
    • Complete in-house training modules and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Commercial Motor insurance market (broker or insurer level) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a Team Leader role.
