We’re on the hunt for a Sales Co‑ordinator to join our friendly team in Euston Park, Telford. In this role you will provide management and direction to the sales and customer management team/resource and provide leadership and motivation in achieving sales & development targets. You will develop income opportunities from existing clients and new, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income. You will also provide accurate management information on sales process, market opportunities and team performance. To develop effective sales and marketing strategies that support company goals, targets and objectives.

Principle Responsibilities

  • The development and performance of all sales within the business for 2,000 existing clients with income target of £1.7m and new business target of £590k.
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.
  • Monitoring the sales teams performance and progress.
  • Develop income opportunities from existing and new clients, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.
  • Provide accurate management information on sales process, market opportunities and team performance.
  • Providing new and current staff training, coaching and mentoring to drive growth and retention levels.
