The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As the Wholesale / Scheme Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Underwriting team and will manage the relationships with our capacity providers.
So, what does the role involve?
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of your team and supporting your Branch Director.
- Ensuring that the Underwriters and Account Handlers work within the confines of the Delegated Authorities that are in place.
- Supervising the team and ensuring that they work with the confines of the company processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that the department achieve its growth targets.
- Monitoring Loss ratios with insurers.
- Forming relationships with a panel of approved brokers.
- Forming relationships with our capacity providers.
- File audits and audit feedback.
- Facilitating external audits where necessary.
- Responsible for the setting of personal training plans and carrying out appraisals for your direct reports.
- Monitoring workflow.
- Help with FNOL to Insurers and some claims administration.
- Adhoc reports.
- System and Product Development involving Liaison with External Software Consultant.
- Managing Bordereaux returns and dealing with queries.
