  • Identifying emerging market trends and business opportunities to support commercial growth strategies.
  • Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in line with regulatory and operational requirements.

Delivering Outstanding Client Experience

You'll play a vital role in ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive, and tailored service by:

  • Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence.

Compliance & Risk Management

You'll be expected to:

  • Adhere to FCA regulations, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and all company policies.
  • Promote ethical and professional sales practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.
  • Identify and appropriately manage risks associated with sales activities and client interactions.
  • Champion governance, compliance, and customer-focused behaviours across all activities.

About You

  • A proven track record within sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence communicating with new clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • The ability to manage a pipeline effectively and prioritise competing demands.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of current market and business development trends.
