This is a great opportunity to build your career in a regulated environment where accuracy and service really matter. You’ll start with a few weeks of full‑time training in our Leeds office (5 days per week). Once you’re fully up to speed, you’ll move into a hybrid pattern with up to 2 days in the office and the rest working remotely.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting our members by ensuring their Client Money is handled accurately, compliantly and efficiently.
  • Reconciling client bank accounts in line with FCA CASS regulations and internal SLAs.
  • Reconciling insurer accounts and working to agreed credit terms.
  • Investigating and resolving payment, reconciliation and cashbook queries.
  • Recording and escalating any CASS breaches or unusual activity.
  • Building strong knowledge of Ardonagh procedures and CASS 5 rules.
  • Interpreting and inputting data from regular reports.
  • Supporting admin tasks such as refunds, cheque processing, bank admin, scanning and filing.

Who we are looking for:

You’ll succeed in this role if you’re organised, accurate and proactive, with a strong eye for detail. An accounts background is essential, and experience in an FCA‑regulated environment (insurance or broking) is a real advantage. You’ll be confident working with high volumes of data, comfortable using Excel and Outlook, and quick to learn new systems. Clear communication is key, as you’ll work closely with colleagues, insurers and members. Most importantly, you’ll bring a customer‑first mindset and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

In return you will receive:

  • Holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • 35 hour working week.
  • Opportunity to progress your career across the entire Ardonagh family.
  • Award-winning learning & development offering and support to obtain professional qualifications to enhance your knowledge and career prospects.
  • Pension scheme for when you feel it’s time to retire.
  • 24-hour Employee Assistance support for you and your family’s physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Corporate perks such as discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets, shopping, Eyecare vouchers, cycle to work and much more.
  • One day paid volunteering to give back to our communities.
  • Ardonagh Community Trust (ACT) - raising funds for charity with donation matching in your local community.
  • The Spotlight Awards, where we celebrate the best of the Ardonagh Group and all the bright talent across our business.

We offer genuine potential for both personal and professional development, come and be part of our story and help us shape our future. So, what are you waiting for? Apply today and one of our team will be in touch.

If your application is successful, we will conduct relevant employment checks prior to you commencing employment with us. These will include verifying your recent employment, address, credit history and a standard criminal record check.
