Be among the first applicants for an Insurance Account Handler role based in Tonbridge. This opportunity is with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. The role offers Monday to Friday work (no weekends), a basic salary relative to experience, and a generous bonus structure. Responsibilities
- Support a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and assist with queries as they arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Represent the company’s values in all client interactions, both on the phone and in person.
Qualifications and attributes
- Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential.
