Purpose of the Role
This exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join our Client Money team in Leeds. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, process and results‑driven individual who has strong attention to detail and can manage their own time and workload. The new and modern office is in Leeds city centre, approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the train and bus station and along a bus route.
What You Will Do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation and process activities across Cash Posting and Allocation.
- Work with your manager to set and achieve yearly objectives.
- Manage your own workload to ensure work is completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and internal Brokers and businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions to avoid further delays.
- Be proactively involved and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Support audit requests for information and process walk‑through exercises.
- Ensure we are fully compliant within FCA regulations.
