Our Insurance Advisors are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. The team currently work in a hybrid manner with Monday and Friday working from home and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office. We recruit people who share those values.
When you join us you will play your part, ensuring we meet our commercial targets by maximising business and service opportunities from all contacts in a consistent, fair and compliant manner. You will become part of an established, friendly and experienced team who will provide all the support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:- Dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding the customer’s needs, and providing insurance solutions that are best suited to their requirements.
- Ensuring calls are answered in a timely professional manner, and that exceptional customer experience is always delivered, and that business standards are adhered to at all times.
- Processing daily email correspondences and renewal processes, from invite through to completion.
- Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes.
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
- Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role.
- Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure.
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience in Charities insurances and/or commercial combined is preferred but not essential.
- Engaging personal communication style.
- Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate.
- Competent in computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages as well as CRM systems.
