The Head of Partnerships is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, and management of Bravo Networks' partnership portfolio. The role ensures the development, optimisation, and performance of key partner relationships, delivering sustainable value to the network, its members, and wider stakeholders.

Operating as a senior representative of Bravo Networks, the Head of Partnerships will lead the commercial and strategic engagement with insurer and service provider partners, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, opportunities for growth are maximised, and relationships are managed effectively at all levels. The role combines strategic leadership, commercial management, data-driven insight, and stakeholder engagement to support the achievement of Bravo's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the partnerships strategy in line with Bravo Networks' overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner performance, strengthen commercial relationships, and drive mutual growth.
  • Represent Bravo Networks at a senior level with insurers, service providers, and strategic partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and relationship lead across the partnership portfolio.

Relationship Management

  • Lead and maintain senior-level relationships across all partner accounts.
  • Establish regular governance and engagement frameworks to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, balancing the needs of partners, members, and the wider Bravo business.
  • Resolve commercial or operational challenges through effective negotiation and stakeholder management.

Commercial and Contract Management

  • Lead the development, negotiation, and management of partnership agreements and commercial frameworks.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations, service commitments, and performance measures are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Work closely with Bravo and insurer market teams to maximise the effectiveness and value of partnership arrangements.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced commercial return and strategic value creation.

Performance and Data Insight

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of partnership performance data.
  • Produce meaningful commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
  • Monitor partner performance against agreed objectives, contractual commitments, and key performance indicators.
  • Utilise market intelligence and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work collaboratively with the wider Bravo leadership team, insurer market teams, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between partnership objectives and wider business priorities.
  • Support business development initiatives and market-facing activities where partnership engagement is required.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Governance and Risk Management

  • Ensure robust governance processes are in place across the partnership portfolio.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Identify and manage commercial, operational, and reputational risks relating to partnership arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and oversight of partnership activity and outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Significant experience in partnership, insurer, supplier, or relationship management within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data and performance information.
  • Experience developing and managing contractual and commercial frameworks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational oversight.
  • Ability to travel for Partnership meetings and events, mainly London.
