Overview
So, what does the role of a Senior Account Handler here involve? Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success. In this role you will be working on a protected book of high-net-worth clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.
Responsibilities
- You will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with client queries.
- Support a protected book of high-net-worth clients and provide training to the team where required.

- Engage in relationship-building with clients to contribute to customer service success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- You will need a minimum of 2 years experience working in the Insurance Industry.
- Time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience of cross selling and upselling products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of motor and home insurance.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive mindset, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications are available.
- Team-oriented, positive, engaging, collaborative, with resilience to adapt to change.
