Joining us as a Personal Lines Account Handler means you'll earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a competitive bonus structure. Role purpose

So, what does the role of a Personal Lines Account Handler here involve? Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. Requirements

What are we looking for in our Account Handlers? Insurance Industry experience is preferred for this role but isn’t essential as training will be provided, the rest is all about you as a person:

Location and requirements

This role is primarily based in Cromer but you will also be required to work at our office in Drayton, Norwich from time to time. Therefore candidates who hold a full UK driving licence are preferred.
