We’re looking for a seasoned Claims Handler based in Burgess Hill who is ready to make an immediate impact and drive results from day one. You should be confident, experienced, and able to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own caseload of motor, liability, and property-related claims from cradle to grave.
- Proactively communicate with clients, insurers, claimants, and other relevant parties.
- Independently assess and manage complex claims, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience.
- Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to the team’s success by sharing your expertise and best practices.

- Demonstrable success in handling a diverse portfolio of motor, liability, and property-related claims.
- A deep understanding of general insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
- A proactive, independent professional who can manage a caseload efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
