Everywhen, part of the wider Ardonagh Group, is pleased to invite applications for our 2026 Apprentice Account Handler intake, forming part of our award‑winning Emerging Careers Programme. This structured development pathway offers a supported introduction to the insurance profession, combining full‑time employment with accredited learning.
About the Programme
Starting in September 2026, apprentices will complete a comprehensive 6‑week induction, followed by an 18‑month Level 3 Insurance Apprenticeship. Throughout the programme, apprentices receive guidance from experienced mentors, on‑the‑job training, and access to our award‑winning Learning & Development team. Successful completion leads to a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification, enabling progression into specialist, leadership or commercial pathways within Everywhen.
Role Overview
The Apprentice Account Handler will support the management of client portfolios and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities may include:
- Portfolio Support – assisting with day‑to‑day administration, responding to client and insurer queries, and supporting renewal activity
- Relationship Management – maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues and insurer partners
- Renewal & New Business Support – preparing documentation, gathering data and attending internal or client meetings where required
- System Administration – ensuring accurate CRM records and contributing to process improvements
