We are looking for a Team Leader to support our clients and broking team with day-to-day policy changes.

Key Responsibilities Client Insurer Service Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Ensure all communications are accurately recorded in line with company policies and service standards.

Operational Compliance Duties Complete all assigned processes, including: Answering incoming calls from clients and insurers.

Processing vehicle changes/declarations and driver referrals.

Issuing documentation, invoices, and refunds.

Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID).

Managing client loans via finance systems.

Handling queries from clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Completing Letters of Indemnity and questionnaires.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations at all times.

Complete in-house training modules and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements Experience in the Commercial Motor insurance market (broker or insurer level) is preferred but not essential Experience in a Team Leader role Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude with strong initiative.

Highly organised with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Effective teamworking and collaboration skills.

Confident in oral and written communication.
