Overview

Every day you will support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships and addressing their queries.

The role is ideal if you thrive in customer service or sales and enjoy nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for a designated client portfolio, answering questions and providing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Respond to queries via phone and email, delivering timely and accurate information.
  • Use initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit to proactively address client issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client service.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Experience working in the insurance industry.
  • Customer service experience, confident in communicating with clients over the phone and by email.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, with initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Positive attitude, engaging, collaborative, resilient to change.
  • Honesty and integrity – essential values for a financially regulated organisation.
  • Basic knowledge of CII or ACII qualifications is desirable.
