Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next role? Do you have your CIPD qualification and are looking for a new challenge? Then please read on as this could be just the opportunity for you.
Your main responsibilities will be to continually ensure all HR / Employment Law documentation is fully compliant with current legislation and to ensure you provide the highest level of support for your clients. You will be responsible for the completion and return of your work to clients within a reasonable timescale (two weeks from visit date). To always portray a professional image throughout the course of your duties. To ensure that your knowledge is fully up to date through CPD.
This is a field based role, however our clients are mainly based in and around the Manchester area, so you would need to be based within a commutable distance from Manchester.
What does the role involve?
- Travelling within the UK to carry out annual audits of clients HR procedures and management systems.
- Occasional extensive travel which may include overnight stays.
- Compiling of formal policies and procedures for distribution to clients.
- Compiling Statements of Main Terms Conditions of Employment and Employee Handbooks for clients.
- Assistance with the preparation of letters / other documentation for disciplinary, grievances.
