We're looking for a highly motivated Claims Insurer Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role within our national Claims structure. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to lead relationships with insurer claims teams, drive service excellence, and help enhance the claims journey for our commercial motor and enterprise clients. The role focuses ensuring service levels (SLAs) are met and flagging where they are not, promoting the everywhen "claims proposition" with the insurer claims teams to raise the profile of our business, regularly linking with everywhen colleagues to source feedback on insurer performance. Collaboration with the Head of Specialist Claims and Insurer Relations, and the wider Claims team, is essential. They will ensure the delivery of detail required to provide a proactive, efficient and effective claims service. What You'll Be Doing · The primary focus of this role is to own the day-to-day relationships with our key insurer partners claims teams – this may include central relationship contacts and team leaders within the insurer claims operation. · A key delivery will be the continued oversight of insurer performance – this may include but is not limited to the tracking of SLAs, increasingly monitoring data to proactively escalate likely issues before they surface and working across our claims teams to gain feedback and insight on ...
