Overview
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.
This role is ideal for someone who loves customer service or sales, where relationship-building with clients is key to success.
Role and Location
Senior Sales Insurance Account Handler based in Brierley Hill. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (35 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Support a designated client portfolio and be the first point of contact for queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Manage communication with clients by phone and face-to-face meetings as required.
- Be proactive, use your initiative, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit in daily work.
- Collaborate with team members, remain adaptable to changes, and uphold honesty and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry is essential.
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and in person; customer service experience is important.
- Willingness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team with a positive outlook, engagement, collaboration, and resilience.
- Interest in pursuing qualifications through the company (e. g., CII/ACII) to support career growth.
