We are seeking an Assessor to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday at our head office in Poundbury. In this role you will have the opportunity to work hybrid and split the working week between our office and your home after the training period.
What will you do?
Assessors play a key role in the production of Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients. They are led by our Chartered Surveyor (RICS) team in producing an industry trusted assessment of building rebuild costs. Our Assessors are trained in-house to become highly skilled in online property searches using an array of internet-based tools as well as bespoke internal systems. They produce reports for our clients providing a full breakdown of calculations, building measurements, pictures, and maps.
