We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Manager to work closely with the Managing Director, helping drive the successful delivery of strategic priorities across a diverse and fast-paced business function that includes Operations, Claims and Risk Management.
This is a varied role offering exposure to senior stakeholders, high-profile projects and key business initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to the MD, ensuring priorities progress effectively, communications are managed efficiently and strategic objectives are delivered.
What you'll be doing
Leading and coordinating strategic projects and operational initiatives on behalf of the MD.
Managing priorities, actions and business plans to ensure successful delivery of key objectives.
Preparing reports, presentations, briefings and materials for leadership meetings and governance forums.
Building strong relationships with senior leaders, colleagues and external partners.
Managing and filtering communications, ensuring key information is handled effectively and confidentially.
Driving projects from conception through to implementation, overcoming challenges and delivering results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
Insurance sector experience is advantageous, but not essential.
