We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our fast‑paced team in Manchester. The role focuses on managing claims for professional indemnity clients, including construction, solicitors, and accountants, delivering timely solutions and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a claims caseload for professional indemnity clients.
- Provide timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Prepare claims analysis reports.
- Assist in training and development of junior colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of commercial claims, preferably professional indemnity insurance.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
