Purpose of the Role
We’re offering an exciting hybrid opportunity to become part of our expanding Client Money Team within Broker Network. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate reconciliation of our Members’ Insurer accounts with their broking systems — all while working to FCA regulations and agreed service levels. This role combines professional challenge with convenience. It is more than just a numbers role: it’s about building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities:
- Reconciling insurer settlements for allocated members in line with FCA regulations, insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
- Managing your own workload to meet agreed service levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with external brokers and businesses, investigating and resolving transaction queries with professionalism and great customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA client and insurer money rules, including identifying and recording any breaches.
- Completing training and assessment exercises from our Compliance and Training Department.
- Using your skills flexibly to support ad‑hoc tasks as required by management.
Who we are looking for
We want someone who is:
- Detail‑driven and organised – you’ll thrive on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive and adaptable – able to manage high volumes of work while keeping standards high.
- A clear communicator – confident in building relationships and resolving queries.
- Customer‑focused – passionate about delivering exceptional service both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in an FCA‑regulated role or knowledge of insurance broking systems would be a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training. If you’re a quick learner with a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a growing team in a respected business.
- Gain specialist training and develop valuable skills in a regulated environment.
- Enjoy a hybrid working model with flexibility once training is complete.
- Work in a supportive environment where your accuracy and dedication make a real impact.
In return you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh family joining an organisation that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing.

- Award-winning learning & development offering and support to obtain professional qualifications to enhance your knowledge and career prospects.
- Pension scheme for when you feel it’s time to retire.
- 24-hour Employee Assistance support for you and your family’s physical and mental wellbeing.
- Corporate perks such as discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets, shopping, Eyecare vouchers, cycle to work and much more.
